World's most favorite destination holds 2nd most powerful passport

Japanese passport holders now can travel to 190 destinations without a visa, according to the latest quarterly update of the Henley Passport Index, created by the London-based global citizenship and residence advisory firm Henley & Partners.

Last year, Japan was named one of six countries with the world's most powerful passports, sharing the No.1 spot with Singapore, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
