VinFast to set up over 100 EV service centers in the Philippines

The new collaboration involves Goodyear Philippines, Tire King and Rubber Products, Power Tread Services, and Marcjan Cavite, VinFast said on Tuesday.

According to the recently signed memoranda of understanding (MoUs) and service level agreements (SLAs), these partners will operate official VinFast service centers offering maintenance, repairs, and customer care for EVs in line with the company’s global standards.

VinFast and Goodyear Philippines plan to launch 50 authorized service centers this year. Marcjan Cavite will open eight while Tire King and Power Tread each aim to establish seven.

All authorized VinFast centers in the Philippines will be held to strict standards for facilities, equipment, and technician qualifications. These workshops will prioritize genuine parts and services for VinFast vehicle owners.

• Tất cả các trung tâm ủy quyền của VinFast tại Philippines sẽ được giữ theo tiêu chuẩn nghiêm ngặt về cơ sở vật chất, thiết bị và trình độ kỹ thuật viên. Các xưởng này sẽ ưu tiên sử dụng các bộ phận và dịch vụ chính hãng cho chủ sở hữu xe VinFast.

VinFast has also pledged comprehensive support for its partners, including personnel training, technical consulting, and operational know-how, to ensure the swift rollout of the service network.

The latest agreements build on earlier MoUs signed with Philippine partners JIGA and Motech, reinforcing VinFast’s strategy to rapidly expand its EV ecosystem in the country and enhance after-sales services for customers.
