Vietnam beach plagued by tons of trash, water hyacinths

Beaches in the popular Vietnamese coastal city of Vung Tau have been overwhelmed by hundreds of tons of trash and water hyacinths washed ashore over several days, raising environmental concerns and disrupting tourism.
