Southeast Asian airports fail to make top 100 in passenger experience ranking, except for Changi

Most airports in Southeast Asia, except for Singapore's Changi, failed to make the top 100 in the World's Best Airports 2025 list due to poor on-time performance scores.

The ranking, released by AirHelp, a global leader in flight compensation services, evaluated 250 airports worldwide based on three criteria: on-time performance (60% of the score), customer satisfaction (20%), and the quality of food and retail services (20%).

Other airports in the region fell below the 7-point mark for punctuality, significantly dragging down their overall rankings.
