Gasoline prices slip

The popular fuel RON95 dropped 0.47% to VND20,960 (US$0.83) per liter. It has fallen by 5.3% so far this year.

• Giá xăng RON95 phổ biến giảm 0,47% xuống còn 20.960 đồng (0,83 USD) mỗi lít. Từ đầu năm đến nay, giá đã giảm 5,3%.

Biofuel E5 RON92 declined by 0.55% to VND19,730. Diesel fell 0.97% to VND18,320.

• Xăng sinh học E5 RON92 giảm 0,55% xuống còn 19.730 đồng. Giá dầu diesel giảm 0,97% xuống còn 18.320 đồng.

Globally fuel prices in the past seven days were affected by OPEC’s lowering global demand forecast for this year and escalating tension in the Middle East, regulators said.

• Các nhà quản lý cho biết, giá nhiên liệu toàn cầu trong bảy ngày qua đã bị ảnh hưởng bởi dự báo nhu cầu toàn cầu giảm của OPEC cho năm nay và căng thẳng leo thang ở Trung Đông.

Gasolines fell by 1-1.1% and oils dropped 1.4-1.5% in the period. RON95 is now priced at $87.5 per barrel and diesel $88.6.
