A foreign tourist has sparked online outrage after a viral video showed him letting a young girl drive a motorbike on Phu Quoc Island, one of Vietnam's top tourist destinations.

The 9-second video, widely shared online since Monday, captures the man laughing as he rides hands-free behind the child, who is steering the bike along Tran Hung Dao Street.
