All businesses to conduct administrative procedures electronically from July

The Ministry of Public Security has been tasked with collaborating with relevant agencies to ensure the completion of electronic identification accounts for organizations, enabling all enterprises to carry out administrative procedures electronically starting July 1, 2025.
- Bộ Công an đã được giao phối hợp với các cơ quan liên quan để đảm bảo hoàn thành tài khoản định danh điện tử cho tổ chức, cho phép tất cả các doanh nghiệp thực hiện thủ tục hành chính điện tử bắt đầu từ ngày 1 tháng 7 năm 2025.
According to a recently signed directive on the acceleration of Project 06, which focuses on developing resident data, electronic identification, and authentication applications to support national digital transformation from 2022 to 2025, with a vision extending to 2030, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has directed the Ministry of Public Security to work alongside ministries and sectors to finalize the development of specialized databases aimed at enhancing the quality of online public services.
- Theo chỉ thị mới được ký về việc đẩy nhanh Đề án 06, tập trung vào phát triển dữ liệu dân cư, định danh điện tử và ứng dụng xác thực để hỗ trợ chuyển đổi số quốc gia từ năm 2022 đến năm 2025, với tầm nhìn kéo dài đến năm 2030, Thủ tướng Phạm Minh Chính đã chỉ đạo Bộ Công an phối hợp với các bộ, ngành để hoàn thiện việc phát triển cơ sở dữ liệu chuyên ngành nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ công trực tuyến.
The PM has also assigned the Ministry of Justice to expedite the digitization of civil registration data. Localities that have completed this process are required to urgently coordinate with the MPS to connect, verify, and synchronize data with the National Population Database, thereby streamlining and simplifying administrative procedures. Additionally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to cooperate with the Ministry of Public Security in selecting a partner country for data linkage and to implement online public services related to immigration, labor, health care, and education for citizens and businesses. A detailed roadmap for this work is expected to be reported by April.
- Thủ tướng cũng đã giao Bộ Tư pháp đẩy nhanh quá trình số hóa dữ liệu đăng ký hộ tịch. Các địa phương đã hoàn thành quá trình này được yêu cầu khẩn trương phối hợp với Bộ Công an để kết nối, xác minh và đồng bộ dữ liệu với Cơ sở dữ liệu Quốc gia về Dân cư, nhằm đơn giản hóa và tinh giản thủ tục hành chính.
