$4M exhibition center deteriorates, converted into warehouse

An exhibition center worth VND100 billion (US$3.9 million) in the northern port city of Hai Phong has deteriorated and been turned into a warehouse due to poor maintenance, lack of demand, and its remote location from the city center.
